With more than three decades of leadership experience across the Fund Industry, Banking and strategic transformation, I bring a proven track record of delivering measurable impact, driving regulatory remediation, and reshaping operating models in complex, highly regulated environments. My career spans senior executive roles in Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy and across Continental Europe, large-scale change programmes, and business expansion.

As Head of Depositary Services and Conducting Officer at Alter Domus, I delivered a full remediation programme following a CSSF inspection, restructured the governance framework, optimising operational efficiency, and tripled revenues within threes years while achieving strong contribution margin. Previously, as Head of Depositary Bank at CBP Quilvest, I let another complete remediation and transformation process, strengthening the control framework and aligning the team with regulators expectations while identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.

At Bank of New York, I held dual responsibilities as Deputy General Manager and Head of Business Change Management for Continental Europe, contributing to the Group’s major strategic initiatives, including the redesign of the Luxembourg banking model, cross-border merger, Brexit restructuring, and doubling local revenues over five years. I also managed multi-country project teams, integrating operations across acquisitions, and driving efficiency, risk control, and regulatory changes.

Earlier in my career, I successfully led global corporate development initiatives at RBC Dexia, designing market-entry strategies, conducting major due diligence processes, and delivering a highly successful group-wide offshoring programme generating substantial savings. I also built and managed Greenfield fund service operations in Italy and Ireland, holding multiple non-executive directorships.

Today I leverage this extensive experience to support organisations in remediation, transformation, fund setup, operational strategy, and governance, while guiding FinTechs in market positioning and business strategy with strong industry insight and network reach.
